  • Strong Support: 2-to-1 Tech-to-Advisor ratio. Leadership has tech experience — we built this shop to support you, not micromanage you

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnose drivability and electrical issues (Domestic, Euro, Asian)
  • Follow our proven diagnostic systems
  • Perform accurate, high-quality repairs
  • Clearly document diagnostics via Tekmetric DVIs

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years preferred
  • ASE certs (or willingness to earn — we’ll pay)
  • Your own tools (we help expand your setup)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional, positive attitude and team-first mindset
